Until June 13, 2025, you can return and refund your event tickets directly to your Gen Con system credit using the "Return Tickets" button on your Gen Con account's "My Schedule" page. You can "Return Tickets" purchased for friends on your "My Transactions" page. Please know that this method will only permit you to refund the event tickets to your Gen Con system credit. This is a great way for you to exchange tickets for another event at the same time.
If you wish to have your refund processed back to the original form of payment, then the purchaser must email the refund request to customerservice@gencon.com. Refund requests must include the first and last name of the attendee, Gen Con account number, and email address associated with the account. Badge types and Game IDs, along with a description of the items to be refunded, would be greatly appreciated (i.e., a 4-Day badge and eight generic tickets, or three Saturday badges and three True Dungeon tickets, Game ID#________).
After June 13, 2025, Electronic tickets can still be returned or refunded as outlined above. Paper tickets can only be processed at the Customer Service kiosks in the Indiana Convention Center (ICC).
