You can view/edit your Wish List anytime once the Event Catalog is published by viewing your Gen Con account’s “My Wish List” page. Here, you will see all the events you have added, and they will be listed in priority order. You can remove an event by clicking the red circle with an X next to each event line's cost. You will want to pay attention to the priority level assigned to each event. When your wish list is submitted for processing, the system will attempt to add tickets to your shopping cart in priority order.
If the request can be fulfilled, the requested tickets for the event will be added to your shopping cart. The system may not be able to fulfill a ticket request either because the event may have already sold out or there is a time schedule conflict with another event already added to your cart. In this case, the system will move on to the next event in priority order.
It is important to give a higher priority to those “must-have events” and a lower priority to those that serve as backup choices. The dropdown box in the priority column allows you to change the priority number assigned to each event in the Wish List.
Important Note: You must submit your Wish List for processing once Event Registration opens.
The system will not do this for you.
Event Registration will open on May 19th at 12:00 PM (Noon Eastern).
Events added to your cart will remain there for two hours. You must complete the checkout process else any tickets in your shopping cart will be returned to inventory for others to purchase.
