Can I pay to have my badge shipped to me?

Yes, you can. Any time after February 9, 2025, but before June 13, 2025, the Ship-to-Me deadline, you can change the delivery method for your items on your Gen Con account's “My Packets” page. The fulfillment process for USPS orders will begin after June 13, 2025, and can take two weeks to complete. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your packet is printed.

1. Sign into your account at GenCon.com by clicking “Sign In | Sign Up” in the upper right corner and entering your email address and password.
2. Click or hover the mouse cursor over the circular profile picture in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click the “My Packets” link.
4. Your default shipping method will be shown with a “Change” link.
5. Clicking the “Change” link will allow you to select USPS Priority Mail shipping.
6. Enter or update your mailing address and click the “Verify Address” button.
7. Once the address is verified, click the red “Change” button to save the change.
