Event tickets for canceled events will be refunded at the onsite Customer Service kiosks in the Wabash-East Concourse.
If you game was canceled due to a GM that did not show, please see the area Hall Captain for further instructions. No refunds for canceled events will be given without a stamp or signature from the Hall Captain.
If your canceled event was using Electronic Tickets, you can return the tickets on the "My Transactions" page of your Gen Con account. This refund will go to your Gen Con system credit for future use. Please know that Gen Con system credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, but never expires. If you want the refund back to your credit card, you will need to visit Customer Service.
