Reset your password by following these steps:
- Open a web browser and go to www.gencon.com.
- Click the “sign in” link in the upper right.
- Click the link that says “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address attached to your account. An email will be sent to you from gencon.com with the subject line “Gen Con Password Reset”. You may have to check the spam/junk folder in your email client.
- Click the link “Change my password”. A browser window will open with fields to enter your new password.
- When you’ve entered your new password (twice), click the “Change Password” button.
- A green bar will appear on the Gen Con web page saying your password was changed successfully.
- You are now logged into your account! Hover over your name at the top of the page to access any of your account pages.
