Visit your Gen Con account's "My Housing" page in your Gen Con account and click the "Manage Room" button next to the reservation. This will take you to the Housing Portal. Click the “Manage Existing Reservation” link. You will then need to enter the Reservation confirmation code and the email address provided when making the reservation. The confirmation code is listed on your "My Housing" page in the parentheses next to "Room Request Completed".

In partnership with Q-rooms, the Gen Con Housing call center will operate concurrently with Housing Registration opening on February 22, 2026. The call center will close at the end of the convention on August 2, 2026.
