Visit your Gen Con account's "My Housing" page in your Gen Con account and click the "Manage Room" button next to the reservation. This will take you to the Housing Portal. Click the “Manage Existing Reservation” link. You will then need to enter the Reservation confirmation code and the email address provided when making the reservation. The confirmation code is listed on your "My Housing" page in the parentheses next to "Room Request Completed".
If unable to cancel online, a written request must be sent to gchousing@q-rooms.com or call Gen Con Housing at 317-688-1323 for help.
Attendees can modify or cancel room assignments until housing registration closes at 11:59 pm (Eastern) on July 14, 2025.
